Shipping and returns

In Lithuania, goods are delivered by courier to the specified place or by postman. The courier calls before arriving and checks whether you can accept the package (make sure you entered the contact details correctly in the checkout box) .

The delivery period for orders in Lithuania is 1-5 working days.

For orders with a value of €35 and more, we cover the shipping costs.

We apply additional shipping costs:

€2.49 for those who order products to a postal machine.

€2.99 for ordering products by courier to the selected location.

Ordered goods European countries we ship the same business day. Delivery of goods takes 1-10 working days.

Returning the goods

If you want to return the product, please contact us by e-mail. by e-mail pabalga@pshkosmetika.lt, provide a clear reason for returning the product, indicate your name and e-mail address. postal address. When returning goods to us, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:
1. The returned product must be in the original packaging.
2. The product must be undamaged
3. The product must be unused, without losing its merchandise appearance (undamaged packaging)
4. The product must be of suitable quality and in the same package that you received. After submitting a return request, you must send it within 7 days at the latest. You pay the shipping costs. The goods can be exchanged for others, or the money for them returned to your account no later than within 14 days from the day of the return of the goods.

We reserve the right not to issue a refund to you for the goods you have paid for until we have received the returned goods. We also reserve the right not to accept your returned goods if the products do not meet the return conditions set out in this section of the rules.
